What is your delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the project size and order specifications. For the majority of projects, we are able to ship within 10 working days after order confirmation. Larger or highly customized projects may take longer, and we will provide a clear timeline during the quotation stage.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 1-year warranty for all our products from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if any quality problem occurs under normal use and proper installation, we will supply free replacement parts along with technical support. Damage caused by human error, improper operation, or force majeure is not covered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in USD or RMB from overseas clients and support a full range of payment methods, including T/T, L/C, Western Union, and other commonly used options. We are flexible and will work with you to find the most convenient and secure solution.
What are your shipping and delivery terms?
We support flexible trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, FCA and can also arrange DDP for certain destinations if needed. Goods are mainly shipped by sea, but for urgent orders we can arrange air freight or international express. We work with reliable forwarders to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time.
Where is your cargo loaded?
Our products are primarily shipped from Qingdao Port or other nearby ports in Shandong Province based on the shipping schedule and your convenience. If you have a preferred port of loading in China, we can generally accommodate that.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Certainly. We welcome sample orders for quality evaluation. For small items, we can provide stock samples; for larger or customized units, we will produce the sample according to your requirements. The sample cost and freight will be charged, which can be refunded or deducted when you place a formal order, depending on our agreement.
