The cold storage PU board (polyurethane cold storage board) is a sandwich composite panel fabricated by high-pressure foaming and high-temperature curing of upper and lower metal surfaces (such as color-coated steel plates or stainless steel plates) with a rigid polyurethane (PU) foam core. It has become the mainstream high-efficiency thermal insulation material in the cold chain industry.

1. Structural Composition:

Surface layer: 0.326–1.0 mm color-coated steel plate / stainless steel plate / embossed aluminum plate, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean

Core material: High-density rigid polyurethane foam (PUR), serving as the thermal insulation core layer.

Interface: Eccentric hook + tongue-and-groove joint with sealing to prevent cold bridges.
