The fully embedded hinge door for cold storage (also known as a fully embedded swing door or concealed door) is a manually operated insulated door with its entire body completely embedded within the door frame. Operated by specialized embedded hinges, it offers superior sealing performance, a compact structure, and a sleek, aesthetically pleasing appearance, making it the preferred choice for medium-to-large cold storage facilities, high-precision temperature-controlled storage systems, and applications requiring stringent sealing and insulation performance.

The door panel features a high-density polyurethane (HDPU) integral foaming process, ensuring uniform foaming without voids and exceptional thermal insulation performance. Available in standard thicknesses of 100mm, 150mm, or 200mm, it can be flexibly selected according to the required temperature range of the cold storage facility.

The panel materials are customizable, typically including 304 stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, suitable for food-grade cold storage), color-coated steel plates (cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing), and embossed aluminum panels (lightweight, durable, and moisture/rust-resistant), catering to various cold storage environments and interior design requirements.
