Cold room semi-recessed hinge door (also known as semi-recessed swing door / convex door) is a manual insulated door with about half of the door leaf embedded into the door frame. It opens and closes by hinges, featuring excellent airtight sealing, easy installation and cost performance. It is the most popular standard door type for small and medium-sized cold rooms. The door leaf is integrally foamed with high-density polyurethane. Common door thickness options: 100mm / 150mm / 200mm. Available panel materials: 304 stainless steel, color steel plate, embossed aluminum plate, etc. Custom sizes are supported. Standard opening sizes: 0.71.7m, 0.81.8m, 1.02.0m. For single-leaf door customization, the maximum recommended width is ≤1.2m.
