II. Product Introduction

Cold storage machine-made PIR Panel (also known as machine-made polyisocyanurate cold storage panel) is a sandwich-type composite panel. It is composed of upper and lower metal surface layers (color steel plate, stainless steel plate, etc.) and middle rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core material, compounded by high-pressure foaming and high-temperature curing. It is the preferred high-efficiency thermal insulation enclosure material for mid-to-high-end cold storage, pharmaceutical cold storage and other scenarios with high requirements for thermal insulation and fire protection in the cold chain industry.

1. Composition Structure:

Surface Layer: 0.326–1.0mm color steel plate / stainless steel plate / embossed aluminum plate, anti-corrosion and easy to clean.

Core Material: High-density rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, the core layer for thermal insulation and fire protection.

Interface: Eccentric hook + tongue and groove / tenon groove splicing, sealed to prevent cold bridge.

2. Common Specifications:

Thickness: 50/75/100/150/200mm, can be flexibly selected according to the cold storage temperature range;

Width: 1150mm (customizable); Length: ≤12m (customizable);

Density: 40–45kg/m³, with denser structure and more stable performance.

III. Product Features

1. Superior Thermal Insulation, High Energy Efficiency: Thermal conductivity as low as 0.020–0.022 W/(m·K), and the thermal insulation effect is better than that of PU, EPS and XPS panels. The closed-cell rate is ≥95%, which blocks air convection and reduces cold loss, saving more than 35% energy compared with traditional panels, greatly reducing the operation cost of cold storage.

2. Fire Retardant, High Safety Level: Naturally achieves B1 grade flame-retardant performance, can reach A grade non-combustible with flame retardant added, self-extinguishing when away from fire, no toxic fumes, suitable for cold storage scenarios with high safety requirements such as medicine and food.

3. Lightweight and High Strength, Stable Structure: Density is only 35–55kg/m³, reducing building load and suitable for modular construction. Compressive strength ≥180kPa, can bear 3.5 tons/m² pressure, with excellent bending resistance and deformation resistance, suitable for large cold storage wall panels, roof panels and partitions.

4. Waterproof and Moisture-proof, No Condensation: Closed-cell structure with water absorption rate <2%, almost no water absorption, and the thermal insulation performance does not attenuate in humid environment. Precise splicing design without cold bridge, not easy to condense or seep water when the temperature difference between inside and outside the warehouse is large, ensuring the stability of the cold storage environment.

5. Machine-made Molding, Quick Installation: Produced by automatic assembly line, the panel has high flatness and accurate size. Modular prefabricated design, quick splicing through eccentric hook + concave-convex groove, no on-site foaming required, installation efficiency increased by 60%, greatly shortening the construction period.

6. Durable and Hygienic, Long Service Life: The surface metal layer is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, the PIR core material has strong stability, and the overall service life is long.
