1、Developed using forward design principles, featuring a compact structure and optimized layout.

2、The condensing unit utilizes German Bitzer reciprocating compressors, ensuring stable performance and reliable operation.

3、Equipped with a suction-line heat exchanger (SLHX) gas-liquid separator. It uses low-temperature suction vapor to subcool the liquid line, effectively preventing flash gas before the expansion valve.

4、A drain port is located at the bottom of the separator to easily remove impurities from the low-pressure system. This obviates the need for a suction filter, preventing associated pressure drops and capacity loss.

5、The R404A/R507A specialized air-cooled condenser features 7mm internally grooved copper tubes, 21x18.19mm tube spacing, and a 2.1mm fin pitch.

6、The condenser outlet uses large-diameter headers and discharge lines to ensure smooth refrigerant flow into the liquid receiver.

7、A high-capacity horizontal receiver is positioned below the condenser to prevent liquid backup, ensuring maximum effective heat transfer area.
