II. Product Performance and Features:

1、The heat exchange pipe adopts Ø9.52mm copper pipe with grooved internal surface, and pipewall thickness of 0.27mm and tooth height of 0.16mm, compact structure, small refrigerant charge and large heat transfer coefficient.

2、To meet the requirements of different working conditions, 5mm, 7mm and 9mm fin spacing are designed. The fins are corrugated with a thickness of 0.20mm (5mm fin spacing), 0.25mm (7mm fin spacing) and 0.28mm (9mm fin spacing). The controlled tube expansion process ensures that the aluminum fin is in close contact with the heat transfer tube, and the fin efficiency is high.

3、Dispenser and refrigerant circuits: the evaporator's dispenser and refrigeration circuits are optimised to ensure maximum efficiency of the exchanger in different applications.

4、Defrost electric heating pipe adopts stainless steel electric heating pipe, low power and high density layout. The coil is heated evenly, with fast defrost speed, no dead corners, high efficiency and energy saving.

5、Adopting unique double-layer receiving water disc design, full contact electric heating tube installation process, so that the double-layer receiving water disc is heated more uniformly, to avoid the phenomenon of ice accumulation. At the same time, it effectively prevents the airflow from short-circuiting through the external water tray, so that the air volume can be effectively used to effectively reduce the loss of heat exchange of the coil.

6、Chiller shells are available in galvanised steel with electrostatic spraying and aluminium-magnesium alloy plate.

7、The outer rotor axial flow fan adopts special high wind pressure and high air volume, which ensures the reasonable wind speed between the fins and effective air throw under the reasonable frost layer thickness. The external rotor axial flow fan's degrees of protection is IP54.
