II. Product Introduction

We produce industrial ceiling-mounted evaporators (industrial cold air blowers) with accurate data and large cooling capacity, which are closely related to industrial production efficiency. They are widely used in industrial refrigeration scenarios such as food processing workshops, industrial workshops, chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, cold storage warehouses, and large-scale transportation equipment, responsible for temperature reduction, humidity regulation and stable refrigeration in industrial production processes. We integrate well-known domestic brand suppliers, commit to building a first-class domestic manufacturer of industrial refrigeration heat exchangers, and provide customers with professional and customized refrigeration, heat exchange and regulation solutions.

III. Product Performance and Features

1. Heat exchange tubes adopt φ9.52mm internal thread red copper tubes, with a wall thickness of 0.27mm and a tooth height of 0.16mm. The structure is compact, the refrigerant charge is small, and the heat transfer coefficient is high, which can efficiently meet the large cooling demand of industrial scenarios.

2. To meet different industrial working conditions, 3 different fin spacings are designed to adapt to high-temperature, medium-temperature and low-temperature industrial refrigeration needs, namely 5mm, 7mm and 9mm. The fins adopt corrugated fins with thickness of 0.20mm (5mm fin spacing), 0.25mm (7mm fin spacing) and 0.28mm (9mm fin spacing). The controlled tube expansion process ensures close contact between aluminum fins and heat exchange tubes, with high fin efficiency and stable heat exchange performance.

3. Liquid distributor and refrigerant circuit: The liquid distributor and refrigerant circuit of the evaporator are optimized by professional design to ensure the highest heat exchange efficiency of the exchanger in different industrial application environments and reduce energy consumption.

4. Defrosting electric heating tubes adopt stainless steel electric heating tubes, arranged with low power and high density. The coil is heated evenly, with fast defrosting speed, no dead angle, high efficiency and energy saving, which avoids the impact of frost layer on industrial production efficiency.

5. Two materials are available for the evaporator shell: galvanized steel plate with electrostatic spraying and aluminum-magnesium alloy plate, which are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and durable, adapting to harsh industrial working environments such as high humidity and dust.

6. The evaporator adopts special external rotor axial flow fans with high wind pressure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and large air volume. After static and dynamic balance tests, under the reasonable frost layer thickness, the reasonable wind speed and effective range between fins are guaranteed, and the protection level of the external rotor axial flow fan reaches IP54, which is suitable for long-term stable operation in industrial environments.
